He was the Head of Post Graduate Department of English at Union Christian College , Alwaye and the Member of The Board of Studies of Mahatma Gandhi University. He has served in various capacities as the member of the State Level Academic Core Group for the Total Literacy Project of Kerala, Vice President of Kerala Counsellors’ Forum, Vice President of the Association for environmental protection, Secretary of Ernakulam District Committee & Member of the State Committee of Kerala Association for Non-formal education and development, Member of the National Council of Indian Adult Education Association, Project Director & member of the Executive of various Environmental Protection Programmes and one of the Founder members of Commonwealth Association for the Education & Training of Adults. Kingston University School of Education, Kingston, conferred on Prof .P. J. Joseph International Visiting Fellowship in 2007.He represented the country at various international conferences and presented papers. His articles have been published in various national and international journals and publications.

Founder Director and Manager of Toc H Institute of Science and Technology and Toc H Schools at Cochin , Tripunithura and Punalur. A committed social worker who founded ‘Chaitanya’ (home for the mentally retarded) run by YMCA, Ernakulam and Member of National YMCA, New Delhi . He has donated land for a Trade School run by Rotary Club of Cochin East of which he was the Founder Chairman. He has visited Europe, , , and several other Asian countries. He is the Indian Commissioner of Toc H International and the Past President of several social organizations such as Rotary, Y’s Men’s, YMCA, and Gymkhana Club, Ernakulam. He is a member of the Director Board of Medical Trust Hospital, Cochin , and also the President of Toc H Public Schools, Udyogamandal and Ambalamedu, and Vice President of CBSE Schools Management Association.

In recognition of his various social, cultural and educational activities, he was conferred Doctorate of Philosophy in Social Service by The Cosmopolitan University, University & Research Institute, Missouri, U.S.A. in 2006.

Dr. V.Job Kuruvila took his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Regional Engineering College, Calicut, Kerala and MBA & M.Tech. (Mechanical-Production) from Cochin University of Science & Technology. He has more than 27 years of experience in Industry, having served both public Sector and private Sector in various capacities like chief Engineer, Deputy General Manager (Projects), General Manager and CEO.

In 1997, he joined Dr. M.G.R. Engineering College, Chennai as Professor and worked as HOD & Vice Principal and later as Controller of Examinations when the College acquired the status of Deemed University. He is a member/fellow of several professional bodies and has written a book on "Innovation and Creativity", which is introduced as a new subject for Dr. M.G.R. deemed University. His fields of Interest are Computer Integrated Manufacturing, Quality Management and Epistemology. He has taken charge as Principal of Toc H Institute of Science & Technology, since September 2004.

Mr. K.A. Simon is Secretary of the School and the Engineering College. He is a Former State player and was the first captain of the Kerala University Basketball Team. He is the Treasurer of the All Kerala CBSE School Management Association.

Treasurer of the School and the Engineering College, Mr. Mathew is active in the field of residential building construction and is a prominent person in the field of social work and church activities.

Rtd. form MES as Garrison Engineer, he was a class-1 gazetted officer of Central Government. He has additional experience in multi-storied building construction. He was in-charge of Marine Drive Building. He is very well versed in building design and construction matters.

Founder Member of Toc H Cochin Branch, Director of Toc Public School and Engineering College ; he retired as Sr. Engineer from HMT, Kalamassery. He is presently working as Engineer-Surveyor and Valuer. He is a social activist, well-known writer, who has authored ten books on Science and Public interests.

Retd. Asst. Exe. Engineer from KSEB, a Gospel worker, active in Parish activity; he is one of the Director of Toc H Public School, Toc H Institute of Science and Technology and Cochin Housing Development Corporation. He is also the Member of Leprosy Welfare Committee, Chief Editor of “Sahayathrikan” bulletin and Convener of ‘Good Samaritan project.

A well known Counsellor since 1971, he is a Ph.D holder in Counselling and full time Counsellor to the Ministry of India from 1985, having experience of Counselling in Africa, America and India, he was the Founder of “AGAPPE Life Ministry & Services India.” He also holds the post of Director to Grace Counseling, , Abiding Life Ministry Services. Toc H Institute of Science and Technology and Toc H Public School .

An expert in finance management, currently holding the post of finance controller at TIST. He is also an active social worker.

He was in Harrisons Malayalam Estate till 1969. From 1969 onwards he is doing business in Cochin . For his membership in Y’s men Metropolitan Club and his services to poor and needy, he had been given Doctorate in 1998. He is a member of Toc H Cochin Branch since 1972.

Working with M/s Apollo Tyres after intensive training in Medical And Automobile Engineering. Active member in Y.M.C.A, Executive member in Citizen Welfare Association and member of Dist. Social Service.

Proprietor of leading travel and tour operating firm M/s. The Travellers Bank, Director of M/s. Kerala Health Care Holidays Pvt Ltd., a keen sportsman, was a member of College Football team in inter-university.
