AICTE has given approval to start  M. Tech programme in VLSI & Embedded Systems in the Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering.  Prof. (Dr. )R. V. K. Pillai, Dean, ECE along with Senior Professors Prof.A.K.Prakash, Prof. K. Vijayakumar, Prof. P.M. Xavier, Prof. G K Sadanandan, Dr. Varghese Paul (Dean CS & IT) and  Dr. Manoj will be the main faculty offering this specialization.  In anticipation of the approval from CUSAT, applications are invited from eligible candidates.
